1. Introduction
Welcome to our online mixing and mastering service. By accessing and using this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. You should not use this service if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Ownership Rights
You will keep 100% of the ownership rights to your audio files. We will not claim any ownership or control over your audio files.
3. Payment and Delivery
All payments must be fully made before I deliver the final mixed and mastered audio files. We reserve the right to withhold the delivery of the final files until payment is received.
4. Customer Instructions and Reference Files
You are required to provide detailed instructions for the desired mixing and mastering. I also need all necessary reference tracks or example audio files to ensure the desired sound can be achieved.
5. Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions of the mixed and mastered audio files at no additional cost. If you need to send new files for a mix, one track exchange per project is free of charge. Additional track exchanges may incur fees. Please note that revisions must be completed within one month. After this period, additional costs may apply for further changes.
6. Turnaround Time
We guarantee a turnaround time of 2-5 business days for the first version of mastering and 5-7 business days for mixing and mastering/stem mastering projects. Longer turnaround times occur very rarely. We will not be responsible for delays caused by issues with your audio files or instructions.
7. Contact Information and Feedback
You must provide us with accurate contact information and be reachable during the mixing and mastering. Please provide feedback within a few days, as mixing and mastering projects should be completed within one month.
8. Mastering Instructions
For mastering, you must remove any limiting/compression from the overall master bus of your track. Make sure the master buss (overall mix) doesn't peak beyond 0db at any point. Please reduce the master fader leaving 3-4dB of headroom.
9. Audio File Formats
All audio files submitted to the mixing or mastering service must be in a high-quality format, such as WAV or AIFF. Please export your audio as a 24-Bit or 32-bit WAV file or use other lossless audio formats.
10. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By ordering and submitting audio files to our service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
